Mi Yee Kung Fu

Bahan-bahannya :-
1 keping mi yee
100gm daging ayam
100gm udang
100gm sotong (dipotong bulat)
1 sudu besar tepung jagung + sedikit air
1 mangkuk stok daging
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 tangkai sawi, }
sedikit kobis }dipotong
1 biji lobak merah }
2 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)
Garam, minyak masak & air secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :-
- Panaskan minyak masak dan tumiskan bawang putih hingga garing.
- Masukkan daging ayam, udang, sotong, sawi, lobak merah, sos tiram, garam dan kobis. Masukkan air and masak hingga mendidih.
- Tuangkan bancuhan tepung jagung dan dikacau hingga pekat.
- Masukkan mi yee ke dlm mangkuk dan tuangkan kuah yg panas tadi ke atasnya hingga penuh. Biarkan sekejap supaya mi yee menjadi lembut.
